Shipping & Delivery

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide. If you are from outside of Europe, please do take notice that your order can take a longer time to arrive at your location than intended. Also please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and that these are not included in the shipping costs. Some countries might experience issues due to strict customs regulations, but in general, this is not an issue. We will do our uttermost best to get you the Art Print of choice.

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PACKAGES?

We ship our products from The Netherlands. Depending on your location it could be possible that the product is send from a producer near your home. The products are shipped to a local courier, and from then on you can track your order with the local courier right to your doorstep.

 

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS AND DELIVERY TIMES?

After placing your order, the whole process of preparing, packing and shipping to your doorstep can take between 1 and 30 business days depending on your location. Orders get sent out within 24 hours on average. After an order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes will not be possible. As we endeavour to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for cancellations or changes need to be made as soon as you can.

 

SHIPPING

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping:

– The Netherlands: 1-2 days
– Europe: 2-10 business days*
– Rest of the world: 5-30 business days*

* Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times.

All orders are shipped from The Netherlands. For standard shipping we use Post NL as shipping partner and the final delivery will be made by your local postal service. For international deliveries the shipping partner may differ.

If you are not home upon delivery, your package could instead be delivered to a post office near you, so that you can collect it at a later time. Your local postal service should advice you about this.

Deliveries outside the European Union: Please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your order can be tracked using the tracking code / link found in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received the email 48 hours after placing the order, please send us a message via info@hansweeren.com and we will help you out.

 

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?

We are sorry to hear that! If your order arrived damaged, please check out the Return Policy page for more information.  We will find the best solution for your specific case.
